Doyle O. Johnson-Adefumi, a 39-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 17, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Chatham neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. Doyle and a 27-year-old woman were standing outside in the 7600 block of South St. Lawrence Avenue when someone in a black SUV opened fire.
