Darren Davis, a 26-year-old Baltimore resident, was one of four individuals killed on the night of November 30, 2008. The shooting took place on the 4000 block of Oakford Avenue, where Darren Davis, along with Troy Brown, age 45, and Perrish Parker, age 14, was gunned down in the street.
