Angelo Williams, a 44-year-old African American man, was tragically shot to death on July 29, 2021, in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. on the 6100 block of South Carpenter Street. According to reports, multiple individuals armed with handguns approached Williams while he was on the street and opened fire.
