Makaylah McKay, a 4-year-old African American girl, tragically died on August 5, 2021, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the Englewood neighborhood on Chicago's South Side. According to reports, Makaylah was accidentally shot by another child who found a gun inside the residence.
