Paul Anthony Harris III, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 13, 2021, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. on the Eisenhower Expressway near Damen Avenue. According to reports, Paul was shot while traveling in a vehicle that was later found riddled with bullet holes.
