Navor Benitez, a 24-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life in a drive-by shooting on September 11, 2021, in North Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. in the 1000 block of Lincoln Street. Benitez, along with another victim, David Fajardo, 25, was standing in an alleyway when an unknown vehicle approached.
