Arsenio Devon Robinson, a 31-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 25, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred on the Near West Side of Chicago, where Robinson and a 28-year-old man were outside when they were shot by an assailant in a vehicle.
