Dallas Michael Simpson, a 28-year-old male from Belvidere, Illinois, tragically passed away on September 26, 2021. Born on August 20, 1993, in Elgin, Illinois, Dallas was a beloved father of four children and was known for his vibrant personality and dedication to his family. On the evening of his death, Dallas was found unconscious at General Mills Park in Belvidere following a shooting incident. Despite efforts to resuscitate him, he was pronounced dead at St. Anthony’s Hospital.
