Trevane Cordel Ricks, aged 16, was shot and killed on January 4, 2009, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred at approximately 8 p.m. in the 5600 block of Loch Raven Boulevard, located in the Woodbourne Heights neighborhood of Northeast Baltimore.
