On September 1, 2018, at approximately 10:13 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to a reported shooting in the unit block of North Catherine Street. Upon arrival, they found two male victims: a 25-year-old with non-life-threatening injuries and 65-year-old Howard Dorsey in critical condition, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
