Dean Joseph Ebert, a 41-year-old Caucasian male, tragically lost his life on October 30, 2021, in East St. Louis, Illinois. The incident occurred outside Pop’s Nightclub, located at 1403 Mississippi Avenue, where Ebert was found deceased in the parking lot from a gunshot wound. The Sauget Police Department, with the assistance of the Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis, responded to the scene at approximately 8:12 AM following reports of shots fired.
