In the winter of 2020, a life was abruptly and violently cut short on a street in Baltimore, Maryland. On the morning of December 10th, 33-year-old Wayne Stewart Archer, Jr., a Black male, was standing near a bus stop in the 2200 block of Garrison Boulevard.
