Leticia Delgado, a 26-year-old woman from Chicago, was tragically shot and killed in Melrose Park, Illinois, on November 16, 2021. The incident occurred just before 2 a.m. in the 2700 block of W. Lake St. Melrose Park police officers responded to calls of a domestic disturbance in the area and found Leticia Delgado with an apparent gunshot wound to the head. She was immediately transported to Gottlieb Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
