Jess Hackney, a 46-year-old man from Kankakee, Illinois, tragically lost his life on November 17, 2021, following a shooting incident at a bar in Bradley, Illinois. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and Hackney was pronounced dead at 12:42 am at AMITA Health St. Mary’s Hospital.
