Clifford Jeffries, a 37-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on December 26, 2021, in the East Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 3:20 p.m. in a parking lot located in the 3900 block of West Madison Avenue. According to reports, a vehicle approached Jeffries, and someone inside the vehicle opened fire, striking him in the torso. He was subsequently transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
