Tajhuan Dowd, a 20-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on January 2, 2022, in the South Austin neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 11:15 PM when Tajhuan was standing in the street in the 5200 block of West Van Buren Street.
