Timothy Quintine "Timmy" Manns, a 29-year-old African American male from Bloomington, IL, tragically passed away on January 24, 2022. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred in an apartment located in the 600 block of West Jefferson Street in Bloomington. The incident left the community in shock and mourning, as Timmy was well-known and loved by many. He was remembered for his infectious smile, his love for his family, and his passion for sports, particularly basketball.
