Gloria Binder, a 67-year-old African American woman from Chicago, IL, tragically lost her life on February 1, 2022. Gloria, along with her husband and son, was running errands early in the morning when the incident occurred. They had stopped across the street from the Food Town Supermarket in the 900 block of East 79th Street.
