Devin Taylor, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on February 18, 2022, in the East Chatham neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 9:40 p.m. while Devin was sitting in a parked car in the 8400 block of South Ingleside Avenue.
