Shyann S. Foster, a 25-year-old African American woman from Decatur, Illinois, tragically lost her life on May 9, 2022. Shyann, affectionately known as "Starr" by her family and friends, was found dead at her residence on North Walnut Grove Avenue. The Macon County coroner's preliminary autopsy results revealed that Shyann died from multiple gunshot wounds to the head and extremities.
