Cliff Manning, a 37-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 29, 2022, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred during a violent Memorial Day weekend, which saw numerous shootings across the city. Cliff Manning was shot in the eye during an argument in the Logan Square neighborhood, specifically in the 1800 block of North Kimball Avenue. The altercation took place around 10:30 p.m., and Manning was subsequently pronounced dead early Thursday at Stroger Hospital.
