Andre Glass, a 28-year-old African American male from Kankakee, Illinois, was tragically found shot dead in his car outside a banquet hall on July 15, 2022. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. when police responded to reports of shots fired in the 1000 block of East Birch Street.
