Kristin Carr, a 41-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on November 25, 2022, in Chicago, IL. Kristin was walking with her 14-year-old son, Dante, through a vacant lot in the Jeffery Manor neighborhood when they were approached by a black SUV.
