On a cold November day in Baltimore, tragedy struck the life of Antoine Lamont Ennis, a 37-year-old Black man. On November 30, 2009, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Ennis was found shot in the 1100 block of Whitelock Street. The violence of this act sent shockwaves through the community.
