Gabor Balogh, a 43-year-old man, was tragically killed on December 18, 1993, in Gwinnett County, Georgia. On that fateful day, Michael Wade Nance, who had just robbed the Tucker Federal Bank in Lilburn, encountered Balogh in a liquor store parking lot.
