Phillip Dover, a 31-year-old white male from Gainesville, Georgia, was tragically murdered on October 15, 1998, in Atlanta, Georgia. Dover, along with two other businessmen, Ronald Gutkowski, 51, and Gerrold Shropshire, 50, were found dead in a room at the Atlanta Hilton & Towers.
