Randy Menefee, a 35-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on January 26, 2014, in Atlanta, Georgia. Menefee was at home with his 11-year-old daughter when two armed men, Jamal Chandler, 30, and Andreas Perkins, 20, forcefully entered his apartment with the intent to rob him.
