In the early morning hours of March 11, 2014, a tragic event unfolded in northwest Atlanta that ended the life of 23-year-old Quantavious Lee Morrison, a Black/African American male. Police were called to the 2500 block of Center Street just before 1 a.m., where they discovered Morrison deceased in the passenger seat of a 2008 Dodge Avenger.
