Anthony Bowers, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on March 22, 2014, in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred during a drug deal that went awry. Bowers, who occasionally sold drugs, had arranged to meet James Hightower, a 42-year-old man, to sell him crack-cocaine.
