Jerome Atounia Simmons

In the spring of 2010, the life of Jerome Simmons, a 34-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of May 8th, Simmons found himself at a residence located at 900 North Hill Rd. The circumstances of what transpired inside the location remain unclear, but the night would end in violence, leaving two men dead.
