A late Friday night in July of 2014 turned tragic in Chamblee, Georgia, when 30-year-old Armando Lopez Perez, a man from Guatemala, was fatally shot. The incident occurred just before midnight on Clairview Drive, where police officers, responding to a call, discovered Perez lying in the roadway.
