Tiffanie Phillips, a 40-year-old African American woman from Decatur, Georgia, tragically lost her life on December 24, 2014. The incident occurred at her home on Terrace Trail, where she was fatally shot in front of her son. The suspect in this case was her ex-husband, Jake Jackson, who was 32 years old at the time. Jackson was charged with malice murder and felony murder for the shooting death of Tiffanie Phillips.
