Death by Force

Camessa Smarr, a 20-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on April 29, 2015, in Atlanta, Georgia. She was shot in the stomach around 9 p.m. on the northwest side of Atlanta, specifically in the 1100 block of Joseph E. Boone Boulevard. Despite efforts to save her, Camessa succumbed to her injuries shortly after the incident. The Fulton County Medical Examiner confirmed her identity and the cause of death as a gunshot wound.
