Tifiney Necole Arp, a 38-year-old woman from Chatsworth, Georgia, tragically died on May 31, 2015. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Whitfield County 911 Center in Dalton, Georgia. Tifiney, who was a 911 dispatcher for Murray County, had driven to the center to discuss her impending divorce with her husband, Jeffrey Russell Arp, who was also a 911 dispatcher.
