Cindel Mae Rhoden, a 33-year-old white/Caucasian female from Dalton, Georgia, was found dead in her apartment after a sequence of killings that authorities say began days earlier. Dalton police reported that 37-year-old Kevin Andrew Akins first shot and killed his wife, 35-year-old Rebeca Nicole Akins, at an apartment on Murray Avenue in the early hours of Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
