In the late hours of a September evening in Clayton County, Georgia, a young man's life was cut short in a hail of gunfire. Malik Ramee, a 23-year-old male, was found unresponsive at the Brookside Apartment Homes on Riverdale Road, having been shot multiple times. The tragic events unfolded on September 4, 2015, stemming from what was reported as a domestic dispute over a set of car keys.
