On a December evening in 2015, Randy Justin Ramos, a 29-year-old male, was fatally shot in the parking lot of the Teleperformance call center near the Augusta Mall in Augusta, Georgia, where he worked as a supervisor. The single gunshot wound to his chest proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead at a local hospital at 6:13 p.m. on December 10, 2015.
