In the small city of Millen, Georgia, a burst of violence on a January afternoon in 2016 shattered the community's sense of peace and left a family grieving. Justin Coward, an 18-year-old male, was at a residence at 304 Waters Avenue on Sunday, January 17th, when his life was cut short by a gunshot. The fatal shooting occurred around 4 p.m., a time when the day is typically winding down, but for Coward, it was the tragic end of his young life.
