Justin Coward, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2016, in Millen, Georgia. The incident occurred on Waters Avenue, where Justin was fatally shot. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) was called in by the Millen Police Department to investigate the shooting.
