In the late hours of a Friday night in Atlanta, a dispute in a parking lot on Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard escalated to a fatal encounter for Jeremy Fulton. The 24-year-old man was shot in the chest following an argument. The assailant then got into a red or burgundy sedan and, in the act of fleeing, ran over Fulton's legs.

Emergency services transported Fulton to Grady Memorial Hospital, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries and died on May 6, 2016. Witnesses at the scene were able t ...
