Juantae Harper, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 5, 2016, in West Point, Georgia. Juantae, affectionately known as "Scrap," was found deceased at his residence. The Troup County Coroner, Jeff Cook, confirmed that Juantae Harper was shot and killed around 10 AM at the Oak Terrace Apartments.
