On a September day in 2016, the life of 21-year-old Domica Garrett was tragically cut short in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Garrett, a male resident of the city, was found on September 2nd, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The incident, which prompted a SWAT response, occurred on Etheridge Drive in the northwest part of the city.
