Jermaine Walker, a 43-year-old African American male, was found dead on September 30, 2016, in Moultrie, Georgia. His body was discovered lying beside his silver Toyota Corolla on a dirt road. The Colquitt County Coroner reported that Walker died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) conducted an autopsy, which supported the conclusion that the gunshot wound was self-inflicted.
