Jennifer Taylor, a 33-year-old woman from Fitzgerald, Georgia, was tragically murdered on January 26, 2017, at her residence. Born on April 30, 1983, in Hillsborough County, Florida, Jennifer was the daughter of Terri Lynn Elliott Spires Harper and the late Robert Bennie Spires.
