Jermaine Payne, a 34-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 14, 2017, in Atlanta, Georgia. Payne was walking into the Sierra Townhomes on Godby Road around 8 p.m. when he was shot and killed. The unknown suspect stole his property and fled the area on foot.
