James Robert Goselin, a 46-year-old male from Commerce, Georgia, tragically died on October 7, 2017, in Clarkesville, Georgia. The incident occurred outside the apartment he shared with 54-year-old Carol Ann Brown. The preliminary investigation and official autopsy report revealed that James Robert Goselin shot Carol Ann Brown outside their apartment on Davis Place Drive and then turned the gun on himself. Both individuals died from single gunshot wounds to the head.
