In the early morning hours of October 22, 2017, a dispute that began inside the Sand Trap lounge in Albany, Georgia, tragically escalated, claiming the life of 25-year-old Travion Jones. An altercation that started within the club's walls spilled out into the parking lot, a move that would prove fatal for the young man. It was there, under the watch of two off-duty Albany police officers who were providing security, that the confrontation intensified.
