Olden Cooper, a 45-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on November 18, 2017, in Atlanta, Georgia. Cooper, who had been paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair since 2000, was affectionately known as "Wheels" by those in his community. On the night of his death, Cooper was found slumped in his wheelchair next to a dumpster at an apartment complex on Hollywood Road.
