James Caswell Jones, a 62-year-old male from Midway, Georgia, was found shot to death on January 29, 2018, on Freedman Grove Road in Fleming, Georgia. The Liberty County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene that afternoon and discovered Jones near a blue pickup truck outside of a home. The coroner identified the victim as James Caswell Jones, confirming his age and residence.
