In the late afternoon of January 29, 2018, the quiet community of Fleming, Georgia, was disturbed by the discovery of a local man's body. James Caswell Jones, a 62-year-old male from the nearby town of Midway, was found deceased beside his blue GMC Sierra pickup truck outside a residence on Freedman Grove Road.
