John Evers Jr., a 51-year-old man from Savannah, Georgia, was found dead on the night of May 19, 2019, in Fleming, Georgia. The Liberty County Sheriff's Office identified Evers as the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred shortly after 11 p.m. on Fleming Loop Road.
