Anthony Tarbert, a 15-year-old from Baltimore, was tragically killed on July 31, 2011. Tarbert and his friend Dominic Perry, also 15, were both fatally shot on the same night in West Baltimore, a heartbreaking event that left their families and the community in shock. The boys were reportedly close friends, and the violent loss of their young lives intensified calls within the community for increased safety measures and justice.
